In collaboration with Mr. Ruel A. Montenegro, HR Consultant, Notre Dame of Jolo College (NDJC) conducted its three-day seminar on June 7-9, at Smith Hall, NDJC Main Campus.

The event, hosted by Ms. Fatima Farzina M. Mujemulta, included the participation of Fr. Ross B. Kapunan, OMI, MASRC, NDJC President; Dr. Raymond R. De los Reyes, LPT, Vice President for Administration; and other administrators and selected staff of NDJC.

On the first day, Mr. Montenegro discussed the Review of Salary Structure. The following days highlighted topics on Performance Management and Appraisal System, and Job Audit and Succession Planning.

“If you cannot get the best talents, develop your existing talents,” said Mr. Montenegro. The discussions aimed to promote professional understanding and career progression among NDJC administrators and staff.

An evaluation was set after each session to ensure progress and development throughout the seminar, before the event concluded with distribution of certificates and a photo opportunity.
