"NDJC Proceeds with RESBAKUNA for 2nd Doses and Boosters"
Once again, the NDJC Vaccination team held its Resbakuna Vaccination drive at NDJC Main Campus Covered Court for Notre Dame Junior High Schools, Senior High School, and College Students and Employees last January 13 to 14, 2022 for the 1st and 2nd dosage of Pfizer-Biontech, Sinovac, and J&J Janssen vaccines, including also booster shots for those who were fully vaccinated with Pfizer-Biontech.
The event was spearheaded by the Vice President for Administration, Bro. Angelo Roberto T. Diana, OMI, MBA together with the vaccination committee headed by Dr.Rea Trisha Tan-Warid in collaboration with the Integrated Provincial Health Office – Sulu (IPHO).
At exactly 8:00 pm in the morning, 1st dose of J&J Janssen, 2nd dose of Sinovac, and 1st and 2nd dose of Pfizer-Biontech (for 12-17 years old) including booster shots were administered on its first day. There were a total of 856 individuals vaccinated with Pfizer-Biontech (3 for the first dose, 684 for the second dose, and 169 for booster shots), 5 with J&J Janssen, and 11 with Sinovac.
On the other hand, it was revealed that there were a total of 586 individuals who were vaccinated on the second day of the program. There were 573 individuals who received Pfizer-Biontech (6 for first dose, 267 for second dose, and 300 for booster shots), 5 for J&J Janssen (first dose), and 8 for Sinovac (second dose). Overall, the total of vaccinated individuals of the said event is 1,458. The vaccination ended at 11:30 pm on its second day as the Resbakuna drive of NDJC once again a success.
