Leading in Green: NDJC Clubs, Organizations Attend Leadership Seminar-Workshop 2026

Strengthening the youth leaders in Notre Dame of Jolo College community, different school clubs and organizations partook in the Leadership Seminar-Worksop 2026, anchored on the theme, “The Integrative Leader: Making Others Rise” that eventuated on July 28, at NDJC Covered Court.

Organized by the Office of Student Affairs and Welfare, the Youth and Family Center was invited to serve as facilitators and resource speaker in the event. Father Yoniz Beley, OMI, spoke about the Four Locus of an integrative leader: Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, Metapersonal, and Theopersonal Relationships.

The workshop focused on discussing how can leaders lift each other up and what crises do each change-makers are facing. Fun and introspective activities were also executed in the duration of the Seminar-Workshop, as it served as a reflection for students in their role as heads of their organizations and their impact in serving students not just within the campus, but also beyond the school’s premises; extending help to the poor communities in Sulu.

Finally, Fr. Ross B. Kapunan, OMI, MASRC, delivered a brief closing speech prior to the giving of certificates. The event successfully ended, where students managed to grasp the true essence of leadership.
