Setting the tone for the event, Dr. Raymond R. de los Reyes, LPT, the Vice President for Administration and General Services highlighted that this design signifies the dignity, health, safety, and the fundamental right of every learner to study in a clean environment, in his opening remarks. Loria, LPT, shared her message as the beneficiary of the project as she emphasized: Access to clean water and proper sanitation is not a privilege; it is a fundamental necessity that directly affects the students’ well-being, attendance, and academic performance.
Promptly following her address, Dr. Enrique Oliveros Jr., a staff from the MP Anayatin enlightened the audience with his inspirational message where he relayed his appreciation to the school heads and their partnership with the MBHTE-BARMM for the continuation of the blueprint despite the exclusion of Sulu from the region.
As the affair draws to an end, awarding and giving of tokens to the guests proceeded prior to the ribbon cutting, culminating the ceremonial turnover of water sanitation and hygiene. Photo opportunities followed through.
