“The culture is somehow giving us a reflection to have opportunities for NDJC to improve on. We also seen the strengths of the institution and [also] the opportunities for them to work on. That’s why we [provided] recommendations and eventually, we were glad to have known all of these and [we were] glad to provide these recommendations so that the institution will improve the operation,” Dr. Babia said.
Additionally, he and the team is expecting to consider the recommendations in order to upgrade the operation of the targeted programs.
“We are also [expecting] that the institution to perform in all these given recommendations and of course, to continue the best practices that NDJC is conducting since time immemorial they had been established,” he added.
Meanwhile, the College President Fr. Ross B. Kapunan, OMI, MASRC noted the recommendations, saying to identify and plan on the doable actions to fulfill these matters.
“In short, some of the [recommendations], very doable. Sinabi naman nila na doable lahat yung mga bagay na ‘yun. So, we will look into that since preliminary observation naman. They will give us the full report and from that full report, perhaps we can better identify and strategize, make strategic plan [on] how we can fulfill those recommendations,” he said.
