The Notre Dame of Jolo College held its College Orientation Seminar (CollOrS) on June 16, 2025, at the NDJC Main Campus. The Student Development Placement Center (SPDC) organized the event to welcome NDJC freshmen for the academic year 2025-2026.

The event was divided into two sessions—a morning session held in the covered court for institutional orientation and an afternoon session for college orientation.

Among the speakers were the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Raymond De los Reyes, LPT, who gave the opening message; the College President, Fr. Eduardo Santoyo, OMI, Ph.D., who gave an inspirational message; and speakers from the Office of Student Affairs and Welfare (OSAW), Campus Ministry Office (CMO), Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Office, and the Office of the Vice President for Administration, who provided general orientation.  Additionally, each college dean introduced their faculty and staff to the new students.

In the afternoon, each college held its respective orientation and outlined plans for the 2025-2026 school year, followed by the election of department officers.

After the simultaneous college orientations, students gathered at the main building facade, where they were entertained with fun games by the Mahardika Student Government and amusing intermissions and performances by the Ingat Kapandayan Artist Center (IKAC).

Furthermore, an organization fair was held at the kiosk in the UTT, where various clubs recruited new members.

The new students then went home with their student manual, several souvenirs, and an eco-friendly bag provided by NDJC.
