NDJC Joins 2nd SPIAA; Commences through Parade and Opening Program

The Angara Sports Fest reaches an exciting finale on October 8, 2024, at the SSC Multi-Purpose Gymnasium with a grand awarding and closing ceremony. The event, which runs from October 5 to 8, 2024, features six participating schools competing under the theme “Empowering Excellence Through Sports: Unity, Strength, and Growth.”
 
Institutions in Sulu like Notre Dame of Jolo College (NDJC), Sulu State College (SSC), Mindanao State University-Sulu (MSU), Hadji Butu School of Arts and Trade (HBSAT), Southwestern Mindanao Islamic Institute (ISMII), and Sulu College of Technology (SCT) compete in various sporting events, including basketball, volleyball, badminton, sepak takraw, table tennis, and chess.
 
NDJC showcases its athletes’ resilience and skills, emerging as the 2nd Runner-Up overall in the competition. The school places in several categories, including:
