NDJC takes part in iLab Project 2024; CHED party visits NDJC

The iLab Project 2024: Integrating COIL into the Philippine System – Mindanao Leg of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) through the International Affairs Service (IAS) initiated today, July 24, 2024, to implement the memorandum of cooperation of the iLab project with the Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs), including the Notre Dame of Jolo College for Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) Program. 
 
This event welcomed Director III of CHED Regional Office IX, Dr. Rody P. Garcia, the Office-in-Charge of Deputy Executive Director and Director of International Affairs Service, Atty. Lily Freida M. Milla, the President of Mabalacat City College, Dr. Michelle Aguilar-Ong, the delegates from different HEIs, and the party.
 
An online discussion on orientation and introduction to iLab facility and enhancement of internalization through COIL Program was held at the NDJC Innovative Laboratory (iLab) on the late morning of the event in the attendance of the College President, Fr. Eduardo Santoyo, OMI, Ph.D, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Raymond de los Reyes, MBA, LPT, the college deans, program coordinators, and a few college students. 
 
On the other side, the Vice President for Administration, Ms. Fatimatuzzahra A. Abdulmajid, RPm, the Director of Integrated Learning Resource Center, Mr. Mark Johnyrec Morales, and the Administrative Assistant for External and Institutional Affairs, Ms. Ellyn C. Solibas, LPT, attended the said event at Sulu State College Hostel. Additionally, that also took place with the signing of the memorandum of cooperation for the iLab project. 
 
Lastly, the entire party and delegates visited the NDJC iLab and the Heritage Hub on the late afternoon of the event.
