The Notre Dame of Jolo College Office of the Vice President for Administration conducted its Institutional Strategic Evaluation and Planning for the school year 2024-2025 on June 24-25, 2024. The event was themed “Inspire with ideas. Implement with excellence.”
The first day commenced at the NDJC Smith Hall with an opening prayer, the singing of the Philippine national anthem, and an overview of the activities and general orientation for the upcoming five years by Bro. Angelo Roberto T. Diana, OMI, MBA, the Vice President for Administration. Ms. Ellyn C. Solibas then presented the status of the implementation of directions, priorities, strategies, and activities for the school year 2023-2024. Following this, Ms. Fatima Shaina S. Sadjari-Dammang, MAE, Senior High School Principal, Fritzie Mae N. Barade, MSG President, and Al-zhaidimier N. Tackong, Suluhan Publication Associate Editor, presented the accomplishments and activities of the Senior High School Department, Mahardika Student Government, and Suluhan Publication for the previous school year, respectively.
The presentation of PAASCU Recommendations was delivered by Mrs. Fainda M. Asiri, RN, MAN, Director of the Quality Assurance Office. Ms. Fatimatuzzahra A. Abdulmajid, RPm, SDPC Director, then presented the responses of the 2024 graduates taken during the exit interview.
Subsequently, the attendees were divided into three groups for the consolidation of directions, priorities, strategies, and activities for the school year 2024-2025.
After the consolidation, the presentation of NDJC Directions, Priorities, Strategies, and Activities for the school year 2024-2025 commenced at 2:30 in the afternoon. Mrs. Fainda M. Asiri proposed a new priority lineup based on the PAASCU recommendations before the presentations of action plans by the following priorities and presenters respectively:

– Faculty Development and Board Performance and Academic Enhancement by Dr. Raymond R. De Los Reyes, Vice President for Academic Affairs
– Quality Assurance and Standards by Mrs. Fainda M. Asiri, RN, MAN
– Dynamic Research by Dr. Edgar J. Acevedo
– Marketing And Enrollment by Ms. Fatimatuzzahra A. Abdulmajid, RPM
– Resource Management (A) Financial Resource by Dr. Salvador S. Zacarias, CPA, MBA
– Resource Management (C) Infrastructure by Bro. Angelo Roberto T. Diana, OMI, MBA
– ICT Integration by Mr. Eduardo K. Matriz
– Community Extension Services, Linkages, and Alumni by Almujib H. Elias
– Oblate and Institutional Values by Sr. Zenaida O. Sonsona, OND

Bro. Diana provided a summary recap of the presentations and their significance for the upcoming school year. Furthermore, the first day concluded with closing remarks by Fr. Eduardo M. Santoyo, OMI, Ph.D, NDJC College President, followed by a group photo opportunity.
On the second day of the event, the Administration team oriented the vice presidents, department deans, office directors, general and specific program coordinators, and representatives of the major organizations about the collaborative workplace for the entire school year through Google Workplace. They were given access to it for their action plans and facility reservation tracking. This is to plan the activities for the upcoming school year and ensure the convenience and quality of service for events.
