On the 29th day of June 2024, Mahardika Student Government (MSG) splashed the fun and excitement of Summer Fun 2024 to the students and personnel of Notre Dame of Jolo College (NDJC) at the NDJC Main Campus.\u00a0<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
The whole-day event started with warm greetings from the energetic host, Mr. Paul Banagudos. He also mentioned that activities should be expected, which ignited the festive spirit of Notre Dameans. Eventually, an invocation led by Annhajjmar H. Ahajan for Muslim prayer and Fria Mariz N. Barade for Catholic prayer asked the Almighty for the prosperity and success of the event. It was followed by the singing of the National Anthem which showcased the Filipino pride that runs through Notre Damean’s heart. Ms. Raihana H. Capistrano MSG Vice President, gave her heartwarming opening remarks. The Ingat Kapandayan Artist Center spiced the morning with their ballazing dance movements. Afterwards, Fr. Eduardo M. Santoyo, OMI, PhD, NDJC President, uttered his inspirational message. Mr. Aladzmie A. Akaraman and Ms. Jyselle Jane Camille Ali, Mr. and Ms. NDJC first runner-up 2023-2024, lit the torch, and Ms. Fatimah Nihada K. Abdulmandangan, PALARONG PAMBANSA 2023 Qualifier, recited the oath of sportsmanship. Before the official start of expected events in the morning, Ms. Fritzie Mae N. Barade, MSG President, delivered her MSG President’s Message.<\/div>

At the facade, the five competitive teams participated in Mr. and Ms. Summer Fashion Icon as the highlight of the morning event. Mentioned below are the winners of the said event highlight.<\/div>

It was followed by fun games and tropical bingo. The main campus covered court, volleyball and badminton courts were also utilized for sports. A box of luck occurred an hour before the lunch break.\u00a0<\/div>

The afternoon event kicked off with the Videoke Master Competition, in which participants captivated the audience with their chosen songs. Additionally, contestants showcased their energetic performances in the Green Grooves and Summer Dance Moves segment. It was followed by a Box of Luck game that generated suspense and excitement among the crowd.<\/div>

The Summer Fun 2024 reached its climax with an exciting raffle draw. Cheers and laughter illuminated the facade as the audience hoped for their names to be called. To conclude the event, the De Mazenod Band starred in the Acoustic Summer Jam, offering a memorable musical performance.<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
